This is my skinny twist on the classic Gimlet. The main difference is I use agave instead of simple syrup for a naturally sweetened cocktail. Gimlets have a bright, tart and slightly floral and sweet flavor that pairs well with poultry or seafood dishes.

-2 oz gin
-3/4 oz lime juice
-1/2 oz agave

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, then strain and serve.
