You can cook these thighs on the grill or in the oven, either way they’re sure to be juicy and flavorful. Serve these with any of your favorite summer salads or sides.

To make this #dinnerdoneby9am I put the chicken in the marinade in the morning, refrigerate all day, then cook just before serving.

-2 lbs chicken thighs
-1/2 c olive oil
-3 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
-zest and juice of 1 lemon
-zest and juice of 1 lime
-zest and juice of 1 orange
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/4 c rosemary leaves, chopped

Place marinade ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag and squeeze to mix well. Add chicken thighs, turning to coat. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
