I broke in my new air fryer with this Buffalo Cauliflower and then proceeded to eat almost the entire head of cauliflower all by myself. it was SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD! I’ll definitely be making this again. I mixed a bit of hot sauce into some ranch for a spic ranch dipping sauce but you could certaintly serve it with regular ranch or blue cheese dressing.
-1/3 c Frank’s or Crystal hot sauce
-2 Tbsp olive oil
-1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
-1/4 c flour
-1/4 c cornstarch
-1/2 tsp salt
In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce and olive oil. Add cauliflower, stirring to coat. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch and salt. Add cauliflower, stir to coat. Air fry cauliflower at 425 for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Serve cauliflower immediately with ranch or blue cheese for dunking.
