Crema is just a fancy name for a sour cream sauce that can be flavored a variety of ways. I like to serve this s witcrema all of our favorite Mexican meals from Tacos, to Fish Tacos, to Burrito Bowls and more.
– 1 c sour cream
-zest and juice of 1 lime
-1 chipotle in adobo pepper, minced, or 1 Tbsp chipotle hot sauce
-1/2 tsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
Stir all ingredients together. Serve immediately, or chill until serving. The crema will keep in the fridge for a week.
