Roasted Chickpeas are a great snack, appetizer, or replacement for croutons on salads. This version is the perfect combination of smoky, sweet and spicy.

-1 (29 oz) can chickpeas, drained and patted dry on a kitchen towel
-2 Tbsp honey
-2 Tbsp chipotle hot sauce
-1 Tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt

Place chickpeas on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. While chickpeas bake, stir together honey through salt and set aside. Once chickpeas have finished, toss with the honey chipotle mixture. Bake 5 more minutes. Cool at least 10 minutes prior to serving. Store at room temperature for up to 5 days.
