What is better than bacon? Praline Bacon coated in brown sugar and pecans. Since is hands off as it bakes, this is the perfect dish for entertaining for holidays and special occasions, but you aren’t going to want to limit it to such times. Good thing this is special enough for holidays, but easy enough to enjoy everyday.
-1 lb bacon
-1/4 c brown sugar
-1/4 c pecans, finely chopped
Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Spread bacon across sheets in a single layer. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans over bacon. Bacon 5 more minutes, or until sugar is melted and bacon is cooked. Transfer bacon to a platter, cool 5 minutes, then serve.
