Depending on our mood we serve this either over rice, in tacos, or in lettuce wraps and top it with sriracha sauce and chopped green onions. When I have the extra time I make this quick pickled cucumbers and radishes which really make the flavors pop.

To make this #dinnerdoneby9am I throw everything in the slow cooker in the morning and shred the meat just before serving.

-1.5 lb flank steak, cut across the grain into 4 pieces
-1/2 c soy sauce
-6 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
-1 Tbsp sriracha sauce or chili garlic sauce
-2 Tbsp sesame oil
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 inch knob ginger, minced
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-(optional) scallions, sesame seeds and/or sriracha for garnish

Grease or spray the inside of your slow cooker. Combine soy sauce through ginger in the slow cooker and whisk well. Stir in diced bell pepper. Add flank steak and spoon sauce over top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until meat shreds easily with a fork.
