I serve this with my Slow Cooker Jerk Chicken Tacos. It would be great as a stand alone appetizer, on tacos, or to top a pork tenderloin, chicken breast or piece of fish.
-1 pineapple or 2 mangoes, diced
-1 avocado, diced
-1/2 red onion, diced
-zest and juice of 1 lime
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Stir together salsa ingredients and serve with chicken.
