-1 c Italian breadcrumbs
-1 c milk
-2 eggs
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-3/4 c parmesan cheese
-2 lb ground beef

In a small bowl, pour milk over breadcrumbs and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, salt, and pepper. Stir in the parmesan. Stir in the ground beef, and milk soaked breadcrumb mixture. in a greased 9×13 pan, form meat mixture into a loaf. Bake at 325 for 60-90 minutes, until temperature reaches 165. Remove from over and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
