Serve this with your favorite assortment of fresh veggies. I really love the combination of this dip with red bell pepper and cauliflower. This dip is very forgiving. I have substituted yogurt for the mayo and have left out the horseradish when I didn’t have it and used white vinegar when I don’t have tarragon- it still turns out great every time!
-1 cup mayo
-1 cup sour cream
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 tsp salt
-4 tsp tarragon vinegar (or white vinegar if you can’t find tarragon)
-4 tsp curry powder
-2 tsp horseradish
-3 tsp sugar
-a few dashes of hot sauce
Whisk together all ingredients. Chill 2 hours (or overnight) prior to serving.
