We love to enjoy this on special occasions like Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve. It’s always a fun experience for the kids to get to choose their dippers and dunk them themselves. You can make this more fancy by stirring in peanut butter, marshmallows, nuts or caramel, but my kids like it best plain so we do that.
-1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1/4 c milk
-dippers of your choice: pretzels, bananas, pineapple, marshmallow, pound cake, cookies, brownies, graham crackers, apples, cheese…
In a double boiler or slow cooker combine chocolate and milk. Cook until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Serve warm with desired dippers.
