I’ve been fighting some kind of cold and decided to try making a Golden Milk Latte that I’ve heard so much hype about for its’ health benefits. This drink is not only delicious and comforting, but so good for you.
-3 cups coconut milk
-1 Tbsp coconut oil
-1 Tbsp Turmeric
-1 Tbsp honey
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp ginger
-1/8 tsp black pepper
Simmer and whisk everything together on the stove for 5 minutes, then pour into 2 cups and serve.
