I like to serve this sauce with my Chicken Shawarma or other Mediterranean inspired meals. The sauce will keep for a week in the refrigerator.

-1 c plain Greek yogurt
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
-1 tsp dried dill
-1/2 tsp salt

Stir all ingredients together. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
