This pork is a super simple, yet flavorful meal our whole family loves. I like to serve it with white rice or broccoli, doubling the teriyaki sauce/marinade so I have extra for drizzling over the sides.

-2 pork tenderloins (2 come in 1 package), fat trimmed
-1/2 c soy sauce
-1/2 c honey
-2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
-2 Tbsp sesame oi
-1″ chunk ginger, peeled and minced
-3 cloves garlic, minced

In a ziploc bag, stir together soy sauce, honey, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Add pork to the bag. Refrigerate and marinated pork for 2-8 hours. When ready to cook, shake off excess marinade from pork and place pork tenderloins on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 500 until pork reaches 145 (20-30 minutes).

While pork cooks, pour marinade into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. When pork has reached 145, remove from oven, tent with foil and rest for 10 minutes. After pork has rested, slice and serve with the reduced sauce drizzled over top.
