This is a light and refreshing summer cocktail. You can drink it chilled, or let it get slightly frozen and slushy prior to serving. The recipe makes 4 servings.
-4 cups cubed watermelon
-1/2 cup fresh lime juice
-1 cup vodka
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Chill until serving, giving it a good stir before pouring into glasses. Or, if desired, you can put it in the freezer for a 2-4 hours to let it get a little frozen and slushy before serving.
