Poke is a Hawaiian dish of raw fish served with rice and/ or veggies. Poke is all the rage right now- like sushi in the early 2000s. It’s light, healthy, easily customized based on preferences, and is incredibly easy to make at home.
To make this #dinnerdoneby9am I marinate the tuna in the morning, and prep all the veggies and herbs (except the avocado or dressing the kale), refrigerate it all day long, then set up a build your own bar just prior to serving.

-4 sheets seaweed, chopped
Sesame Kale

-2 Tbsp soy sauce
-2 Tbsp sesame oil

-1 bunch kale, torn into bite-sized pieces
Toppings of your choice

Prepare the kale: Whisk together the honey through rice vinegar, then toss with the kale. Allow to sit at least 15 minutes (and up to 2 hours) before serving.

When ready to serve: Set out the Sesame Kale, Marinated Tuna and toppings of your choice and let everyone build their own bowl.
