This is such a refreshing combination of summer flavors. All of the flavors and textures compliment each other quite nicely.
-5 cups watermelon, diced
-2 cups cucumber, diced
-1/2 cup feta cheese
-fresh basil or mint, chopped
-1 Tbsp lime juice
-1/2 Tbsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
Whisk together lime juice, sugar and salt. Toss with remaining ingredients. Wait at least 1 hour before serving.
