These can be a great side to your favorite meat main dish, or you could toss in edamame, sugar snap peas or blanched broccoli for a vegan main dish.
To make theses #dinnerdoneby9am I fully assemble the noodle in the morning, refrigerate all day and remove from the fridge jut prior to serving.
-16 oz whole wheat linguine, cooked and drained
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-3 Tbsp sugar
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-3 Tbsp rice vinegar
-4 Tbsp sesame oil
-1 tsp sriracha sauce
-4 green onions, sliced
-2 carrots, shredded
-2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Whisk soy through sriracha sauce together in a bowl. Pour sauce over warm noodles. Toss pasta with green onions, carrots, and sesame seeds. Chill at least two hours prior to serving.

Hi Shannon,
I made this last night for my fiance and he loved it!! This is now our go-to recipe for sesame noodles. Hope all is going well with the pregnancy. Congrats!
Does Jeremy like the peanut noodles? I thought he did. It's almost the same ingredients here without the peanut butter. I hope to try this soon.
Yummy! I'll have to try this. I've been craving peanut noodles lately too!
