This salad is quick and easy to throw together, especially if take a shortcut and use a rotisserie chicken. With three forms of protein this salad is hearty, indulgent and filling.

To make this #dinnerdoneby9am I chop all the ingredients and make the dressing in the morning, refrigerate everything in separate containers all day, and toss it all together just before serving.

-romaine lettuce, sliced into strips
-cooked chicken, chopped
-hardboiled eggs, diced
-cooked bacon or turkey bacon, crumbled
-grape tomatoes, halved
-blue cheese, crumbled
-avocado, diced
-either this Balsamic Vinaigrette or this Ranch dressing

Arrange lettuce in a shallow serving bowl or platter. Arrange remaining ingredients on top in lines, then drizzle dressing over everything.
